Learning activity C4: International Symposium

The fourth LTTA,  named C4 International Symposium, held in Kavadarci, The Republic of North Macedonia from May 25th to 29th, 2023, offered a rich array of workshops focusing on communication, orality, art, language, and diplomacy. Each workshop aimed to facilitate the sharing of knowledge, experience, and results among professionals from various countries, including other European Union Member states. Participants, consisting of 6 learners and 3 trainers from each partner institution, engaged in a comprehensive program designed to maximize collaborative learning and skill development.Before the exchange, participants received preparatory materials to enhance their engagement during the symposium. Throughout the event, a variety of topic-related, exchange-related, and cultural activities were organized to enrich the learning experience. These activities included creating digital materials, participating in sightseeing tours, and collaborating on cultural projects. The outcomes of these activities ranged from presentations and reports to participants’ testimonials. The mobility activities provided participants with new perspectives and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Through a methodology centered on theater training, practical experimentation, and group-based learning, participants were encouraged to expand their creative thinking and develop essential skills. Moreover, a workshop follow-up strategy was proposed to educators to ensure the implementation of best practices in their respective schools or institutes.Overall, the International Symposium in Kavadarci served as a platform for meaningful dialogue, cultural exchange, and skill enhancement. By fostering collaboration and innovation, the symposium contributed to the professional development of participants while promoting cross-cultural understanding and cooperation in the field of communication, orality, art, and language.
